General

In order to benefit from the special congress rates, please use one of the above booking methods:

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit (50% of total booking value are supplied;alternatively please forward

the required deposit (in ZAR) by bank transfer once your invoice has been issued.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel two weeks prior to arrival.

The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Payment
Payment of registration fees should be made in South African Rand (ZAR) by one of the following methods:
• By Credit Card: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners).
• By Bank transfer (account details will be on the invoice that you receive) 
Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. 
Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank

50% deposit is required is required on booking

8 weeks prior to the congress, your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Paragon Conventions.

90 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation fee

60 days prior to arrival - 75% Cancellation fee

30 days prior to arrival - no refund

Paragon Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reasn whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel health insurance is recommended
